Booking terms to ask any studio.
Prices, the advance, cancellation and when you get your files: ask before you book.
- Are the prices published? Ours are for the podcast packages and for product photography, linked below; other shoots are quoted on what you need.
- What does the price include: the room only, or the room with a camera, lights and an operator? We offer both.
- How much is the advance? Ours: 50% confirms the booking, by bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or cash, and the other 50% is paid before final delivery.
- What if your plans change? With us, cancel or move the date at least 24 hours ahead and the advance is refunded in full.
- Is VAT included? In all our prices, yes.
- Can you bring your own photographer or crew? Yes: book the room on its own, or add our crew.
- When do you get your files? Shooting with our crew, the raw files are handed over the same day.

Room only or with a crew: which do I need?
If you bring your own photographer or crew and gear, book the room on its own. If you want us to shoot, add our camera, lights and an operator, or our full crew, and the edit too if you like.
What should I send a studio before I book?
The date, the hours you need, what you are shooting, how many people are coming and whether you want the room only or a crew as well. Send ours on WhatsApp and we reply with availability and a quote.
How do I compare two studio quotes?
Check what each quote includes (the room only, or a camera, lights and an operator), how much advance is needed, what happens if you cancel or move the date, whether VAT is included and when you get your files. Our answers are in the booking terms above.
